In 2006 PREMIX KING successfully launched the first (and still the only) wide ranging liquor franchise in the southern hemisphere… Many self proclaimed experts said it would fail... but here we are 16 stores later.
Known for our “party starts at the door” philosophy and a “think out side the square” approach to retailing PREMIX KING has grown to 16 stores across key regional markets in country Victoria . PREMIX KING has been able to successfully replicate our business model in what is regarded as a saturated and highly competitive market.
At this point in time liquor licenses in Victoria are much harder to attain… this has been a result of knee jerk policy by our current federal government. Due to this, we have seen many cases of Victorian liquor licenses being ‘held up by red tape' for up to (and in some cases in excess) of 2 years.
This certainly creates challenges for new franchisees in our industry…
